
2016 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (Limited Museum Release)
Varietals (%’S): 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Appearance: Dark crimson red with deep purple tints.
Aroma: Fragrant aromas of mulberry, boysenberry and cassis combine with bay leaf and rosemary spice and graphite/dark chocolate richness.
Palate: Fully ripe tannins frame a palate of varietal cassis and bay-leaf, while lifted perfumes of violet and raspberry contribute a freshness to compliment the richness of cigar box, dark chocolate and cedar oak spice.
Oak Detail: 18 months maturation in a combination of 66% new and 33% 2nd-use French oak barriques from a selection of renowned Bordeaux cooperages.
Cellaring: Built for the long haul, tannins are sufficiently delicate to drink now, but will continue to evolve over the next 20 years.
Alcohol Volume: 14.5%
Acidity: pH 3.75 TA 5.7 g/L
Residual Sugar: 0.5 g/L
