The members area is an online portal where our club members can manage their wine club and access special offers. To activate your members area here and use the email address linked for you wine club membership. Once activated, you can access your members area by visiting the Fermoy Estate website and navigating to the login page.
Welcome to the Wine Club!
The first step is to activate your Members Area, where you can manage your wine selections, update your details and track your deliveries. You’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to set up your account.
From there:
- Your first Wine Club order will be packed and delivered, or ready for collection if you chose to pick up from our cellar door.
- You’ll receive two email notifications before each recurring order, giving you plenty of time to make changes.

You can select from our entire current vintage collection for your Wine Club order. Whether you prefer reds, whites, rosé or a mix, the choice is yours.
Yes, you can change the wines in your order anytime. Simply log in to your online members area to update your selection before your next delivery. Swap, add or adjust your wines with ease - you're in complete control.
Your wine club order will be delivered every three months. You can also place additional orders at any time to receive more wines or skip a delivery without penalty.
You’ll receive two email notifications leading up to your recurring Wine Club order, allowing plenty of time to make changes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll also get a tracking update. You can check your upcoming deliveries anytime in the members area.

We require a cancellation request via email. Please email our team to process your cancellation. Once cancelled, you will lose all membership benefits, including discounts and exclusive access to wines.
If you'd like to keep your benefits but need a break, you can skip an order instead of cancelling. This allows you to stay a member while pausing your deliveries when needed. Let us know, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
Yes, you have the option to skip a delivery without penalty or we can hold it until you want it. Most changes can be made through the members area once you log in. If you need further assistance, please email us and we’ll be happy to help.
Your Wine Club order will be shipped automatically. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.
