'Best WA Shiraz' at Melbourne Royal Wine Awards
What a week we have experienced! Our 2019 Shiraz was awarded the trophy for ‘Best Western Australian Shiraz’ at the prestigious Melbourne Royal Wine Awards. Following our 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, which took out the ‘Best of Region’ award in the highly regarded James Halliday Australian Cabernet Challenge.
Wine expert, Erin Larkin, has described our 2019 Shiraz: "Bright plums and mulberry on the nose and palate. This, while being pure and vibrant, wears its cool birth year on its sleeve. It is dark-fruited with layers of tannin on the palate. The tannins move to steel shavings and graphite through the finish."
